Sec. 2105.203. NOTICE TO PROVIDER OF REDUCTION. Not later than the 30th day before the date on which block grant funds are reduced, an agency shall send a provider a written statement specifying the reason for reducing the funding. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
