Sec. 2109.006. STATE BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS. During the preparation of budget recommendations, the Legislative Budget Board shall review the use of funds requested for volunteer programs. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
