Sec. 211.053. CONSTRUCTION OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter may not be construed to affect requirements directly related to: (1) the use and occupancy of residential units leased for a term of less than 30 days; or (2) flooding, sewer facilities, or well water located on an individual residential lot and serving only that lot.
