Sec. 214.901. ENERGY CONSERVATION. A home-rule municipality may require that the construction of buildings comply with the energy conservation standards in the municipal building code. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
