Sec. 215.031. HAWKERS; PEDDLERS; PAWNBROKERS. The governing body of the municipality may license, tax, suppress, prevent, or otherwise regulate: (1) hawkers; (2) peddlers; and (3) pawnbrokers. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
