Sec. 215.074. THEATERS; SHOWS; AMUSEMENTS. The municipality may regulate the location and conduct of: (1) theaters; (2) movie theaters; (3) bowling alleys; and (4) other places of public amusements. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
