Contents of Plan of Operation; Amendments

Sec. 2151.151. CONTENTS OF PLAN OF OPERATION; AMENDMENTS. (a) The plan of operation must: (1) provide for the efficient, economical, fair, and nondiscriminatory administration of the association; and (2) provide a means by which insurance may be provided in accordance with Section 2151.102(a). (b) Subject to the commissioner's approval, the governing committee may amend the plan of operation. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
