Appeal

Sec. 2151.211. APPEAL. (a) A person aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner under this subchapter may appeal the decision not later than the 30th day after the date of the decision. (b) An appeal of a commissioner's decision under this subchapter must be made in accordance with Subchapter D, Chapter 36. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff.
