Display of License Or Certificate

Sec. 2153.159. DISPLAY OF LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE. (a) A license holder shall prominently display the holder's license at the holder's place of business at all times. (b) A registration certificate holder shall display a registration certificate at each location where the holder owns or exhibits a coin-operated machine. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
