Expiration of License Or Registration

Sec. 2153.161. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE OR REGISTRATION. (a) A license issued under this chapter expires on the earlier of: (1) December 31 of the year the license is issued; or (2) the death or dissolution of the license holder. (b) A registration certificate issued under this chapter expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
