Criminal Offense; Sealed Machines

Sec. 2153.361. CRIMINAL OFFENSE; SEALED MACHINES. (a) A person commits an offense if the person: (1) breaks a seal attached in the name of a county or municipality; (2) exhibits or displays a coin-operated machine that has a broken seal; or (3) removes from its location a coin-operated machine that has a broken seal. (b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
