Sec. 2155.051. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "hotel" means a business, including an inn or rooming house, that furnishes food, lodging, or both food and lodging to a person applying and paying for the service. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
