Applicability

Sec. 2155.261. APPLICABILITY. This subchapter: (1) applies to a purchase or other acquisition under this chapter or Chapters 2156, 2157, and 2158 for which competitive bidding or competitive sealed proposals are required; (2) applies to a state agency that makes a purchase or other acquisition under this chapter or Chapters 2156, 2157, and 2158, including the comptroller and an agency that makes an acquisition under Section 2155.131; and (3) does not apply to a purchase or other acquisition made by the comptroller under Subchapter A, Chapter 2156.
