Sec. 2155.501. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Department" means the Department of Information Resources. (2) "Local government" has the meaning assigned by Section 271.101, Local Government Code. (3) "Multiple award contract" means an award of a contract for an indefinite amount of one or more similar goods or services from a vendor. (4) "Schedule" means a list of multiple award contracts from which agencies may purchase goods and services. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, Sec. 2.01, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
