Sec. 2155.503. RULES. (a) The comptroller and the department shall adopt rules to implement this subchapter. The rules must: (1) establish standard terms for contracts listed on a schedule; and (2) maintain consistency with existing purchasing standards. (b) The comptroller and the department shall consult with the attorney general in developing rules under this section. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, Sec. 2.01, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
