Sec. 2165.102. COMMISSION STANDARDS FOR SPACE. The commission shall adopt standards regarding state agencies': (1) use of space; and (2) needs for space, including types of space needed. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
