Sec. 2165.157. FORMS, RULES, AND CONTRACTS. The commission shall adopt proper forms, rules, and contracts that will in its best judgment protect the interest of the state. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
