Sec. 2165.253. USE OF ROOM IN STATE CAPITOL BUILDING. A person may not use a room, apartment, or office in the State Capitol as a bedroom or for a private purpose. This section does not apply to the offices and living quarters occupied by the lieutenant governor or the speaker of the house of representatives. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
