Sec. 2166.053. CONTRACT AUTHORITY. To the extent permitted by appropriations, the commission may take action and contract to obtain sites that it considers necessary for the orderly future development of the state building program. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
