Sec. 2175.064. COOPERATION IN EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS. (a) The commission shall cooperate with state agencies in an ongoing effort to evaluate surplus and salvage property to minimize loss resulting from accumulations of property. (b) The commission shall cooperate with the state auditor in analyzing surplus and salvage property. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
