Sec. 22.108. NUMBER OF AMENDMENTS SUBJECT TO VOTE AT MEETING. Any number of amendments to the corporation's certificate of formation may be submitted to and voted on by a corporation's members at any one meeting of the members. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
