Filing of Report

Sec. 22.359. FILING OF REPORT. A copy of the report must be filed with the secretary of state in accordance with Chapter 4 not later than the 30th day after the date notice is mailed under Section 22.358. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
