Sec. 22.361. NOTICE OF FORFEITURE. Notice of forfeiture under Section 22. 360 shall be mailed to the corporation's registered agent at the registered office or to the corporation at: (1) the address of the principal place of business of the corporation as it appears in the certificate of formation; (2) the last known address of the corporation as it appears on record in the office of the secretary of state; or (3) any other known place of business of the corporation.
