Sec. 22.516. NOTICE TO ATTORNEY GENERAL. (a) In this section, "charitable entity" has the meaning assigned by Section 123.001, Property Code. (b) An action brought under Section 22.512 that involves a charitable entity is considered a "proceeding involving a charitable trust" to which Chapter 123, Property Code, applies.
