Policy Limits

Sec. 2203.152. POLICY LIMITS. The association may not issue one or more policies insuring an individual or organization for an amount exceeding $1 million for each occurrence and $3 million in the aggregate for a year. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
