Sec. 2204.603. PROPERTY RIGHTS NOT AFFECTED. This subchapter does not affect or impair: (1) a person's vested right; or (2) the right of a person to use and maintain a bridge in existence on May 17, 1929, on or across Mud Bayou or East Bay Bayou.
