Sec. 2204.704. MINERAL RESERVATION REQUIRED. A grant of an easement under this subchapter must reserve to the state all minerals, including oil and gas. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 9.010(b), eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
