Definitions

Sec. 2205.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Department" means the Texas Department of Transportation. (2) "State agency" means an office, department, board, commission, institution, or other agency to which a legislative appropriation is made. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
