Sec. 2205.304. COVERAGE PERIOD. A child-care facility that accepts coverage provided by the pool shall maintain that coverage for at least 24 consecutive months following the date the pool issued the coverage. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
