Sec. 2206.301. PREMIUM RATES AND COVERAGE LIMITS. A pool's board shall determine the premium rates charged by the pool and pool coverage limits to ensure that the pool and the fund are actuarially sound. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
