Selection of Temporary Board

Sec. 2207.103. SELECTION OF TEMPORARY BOARD. At the time a written agreement is executed under Section 2207.101, the presidents of the boards of trustees of each school district executing the agreement to create the pool shall select nine individuals to: (1) serve as a temporary board; and (2) draft the plan of operation for the pool.
