Coverage Period

Sec. 2208.306. COVERAGE PERIOD. A public entity that accepts coverage provided by the pool shall maintain that coverage for at least 35 calendar months following the month in which the pool issued the coverage. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2007.
