Annual Financial Report By Commissioner

Sec. 2210.643. ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT BY COMMISSIONER. The commissioner shall determine the amount available in the catastrophe reserve trust fund as of December 31 of each year and provide a written report to the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house of representatives that includes: (1) the amount available in the catastrophe reserve trust fund; and (2) information regarding the current financial condition of the association.
