Payment Enforceable By Mandamus

Sec. 2211.213. PAYMENT ENFORCEABLE BY MANDAMUS. A writ of mandamus and any other legal or equitable remedy are available to a party in interest to require the association or another party to fulfill an agreement or perform a function or duty under: (1) this subchapter; (2) the Texas Constitution; or (3) a public security resolution.
