Contract Requirements

Sec. 223.104. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS. (a) A contract awarded under this subchapter must: (1) be in the name of the state; (2) be signed by the director or a person the director designates; and (3) have attached a copy of the certification required by Section 223.103. (b) A person designated under Subsection (a) may not occupy a position below the level of district engineer. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
