Sec. 224.065. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. (a) The commission may contract with a transportation corporation constructing a highway for the commission to supervise the construction of the highway and provide construction management services for the corporation. (b) The transportation corporation shall pay the commission for the supervision and management services at the time the services are provided. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
