Duties of Commission

Sec. 224.092. DUTIES OF COMMISSION. The commission shall provide for the: (1) equipment and maintenance of a detour road in a manner adequate for the convenience and safety of normal traffic using the road; and (2) posting of necessary signs at each end of the detour road for the guidance and convenience of the public.
