Mixed Contracts

Sec. 2254.038. MIXED CONTRACTS. This subchapter applies to a contract that involves both consulting and other services if the primary objective of the contract is the acquisition of consulting services. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
