Annual Review By Comptroller

Sec. 228.301. ANNUAL REVIEW BY COMPTROLLER. (a) The comptroller shall conduct an annual review of each certified capital company to: (1) ensure that the company: (A) continues to satisfy the requirements of this chapter; and (B) has not made any investment in violation of this chapter; and (2) determine the eligibility status of the company's qualified investments. (b) Each certified capital company shall pay the cost of the annual review according to a reasonable fee schedule adopted by the comptroller.
