Sec. 23.105. TRUSTEES AND DIRECTORS. A grand body and a subordinate of the grand body may elect trustees and directors or may appoint trustees or directors from among their officers. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
