Sec. 23.107. GENERAL POWERS. A grand body and a subordinate of the grand body may take action as directed or provided by law in the case of other corporations and may make constitutions and bylaws to govern their affairs. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
