Application For Vehicle Lessor'S License

Sec. 2301.261. APPLICATION FOR VEHICLE LESSOR'S LICENSE. (a) An application for a vehicle lessor's license must: (1) be on a form prescribed by the department; (2) contain evidence of compliance with Chapter 503, Transportation Code, if applicable; and (3) state other information required by the department. (b) This chapter does not require a separate license for each employee of a vehicle lessor. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 5, eff. June 1, 2003.
