Applicability of Certain Municipal Ordinances, Licenses, and Permits

Sec. 2302.005. APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES, LICENSES, AND PERMITS. This chapter: (1) is in addition to any municipal ordinance relating to the regulation of a person who deals in nonrepairable or salvage motor vehicles or used parts; and (2) does not prohibit the enforcement of a requirement of a municipal license or permit that is related to an activity regulated under this chapter.
