Sec. 2302.044. JURISDICTION. This chapter does not enlarge or modify the commission's jurisdiction over a political subdivision, municipality, or agency of the state. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
