Rulemaking: License Requirements

Sec. 2303.051. RULEMAKING: LICENSE REQUIREMENTS. The commission shall adopt rules that: (1) establish the requirements for a person to be licensed to operate a vehicle storage facility to ensure that the facility maintains adequate standards for the care of stored vehicles; (2) relate to the administrative sanctions that may be imposed on a person licensed under this chapter; (3) govern the administration of this chapter.
