Deposits To Fund

Sec. 2304.022. DEPOSITS TO FUND. The following money shall be credited to the fund: (1) money appropriated by the legislature for housing rehabilitation loans; (2) money received from other sources for the purpose of making housing rehabilitation loans; (3) money received from borrowers as payments on their housing rehabilitation loans; (4) income from the transfer of interests in property acquired in connection with housing rehabilitation loans; and (5) interest earned on deposits and investments of the fund.
