Sec. 2304.023. PURPOSES OF FUND. The fund may be used only for: (1) financing housing rehabilitation loans, including the administrative charge imposed under Section 2304.068 by a local government; and (2) paying the expenses incurred by the department in connection with the acquisition or disposition of real property under this chapter.
