Sec. 2304.070. TERM OF LOAN. A local government shall set the term of a housing rehabilitation loan it approves under this chapter. The term may not exceed 20 years. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
