Sec. 2305.031. OIL OVERCHARGE PROGRAMS. The energy office shall maintain a revolving loan program for the benefit of state agencies, universities, and political subdivisions. The energy office shall use oil overcharge funds for the programs and purposes in this subchapter. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 521, Sec. 5, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
