Committees

Sec. 2306.056. COMMITTEES. (a) The presiding officer may appoint a committee composed of board members to carry out the board's duties. (b) The board may consider a recommendation of a committee in making a decision under this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.63(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
